National Autistic Society

The Autism Directory - they run a roadshow style conference in Cardiff City stadium every year (and one in Llandudno also) where there are talks and lots of stands to do with autism with loads of information for parents, carers and those living with autism. It’s free to attend and the next one is on April 22nd 2022.

Snap Cymru

Young Minds - great for adolescents to look through and find their own support.
Sunshine Support CIC - often run course for parents.
The Autism Community in Action (TACA)
Stepiau - for adults with mental health issues, its got 24 hour helplines, really useful work booklets for things like anxiety, depression, PTSD etc. as well as self referral courses and support groups.

NHS - never “Google" any condition! Use the search button in the top right hand corner of their website to find medically evidenced and balanced advice.
